At our Kids End of Summer Reading Party on Friday, July 26th at 2 pm, we will be eating pizza and watching the movie WALL-E.

If you haven’t already turned in your reading logs, this will be your last chance to turn them in and get a prize.

Harry potter and the sorcerers stone

Celebrate Harry’s 39th birthday with us on Wednesday, July 31st at 4 p.m.

We will watch Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone and each attendee will be given a bag of goodies and instructions to play along and participate as Harry begins his wizarding adventure.

Get sorted into your Hogwarts house, drink butterbeer, and eat cupcakes.

Come see a fun animated movie with us on Monday, July 22nd at 4:30 pm. We will be watching “Planet 51, which was made in 2009 and stars Dwayne Johnson, Jessica Biel, Justin Long, and Gary Oldman.

Astronaut Chuck Baker lands on what he thinks is an uninhabited alien planet, only to discover that he has accidentally invaded an alien civilization. Baker must avoid capture and get back to his ship before it goes into orbit without him.

We will bring the popcorn and you can bring the soda!

During Summer Reading, our storytime hours will be:

  • Birth to 2 years: Wednesdays at 11 am
  • 3 to 6 years: Tuesdays at 11 am
  • 7 to 11 years: Thursdays at 11 am
  • All ages: Thurs. at 5:30 pm

We’ll have stories, songs, crafts, and more!

Plus, every child gets a free book to take home at every storytime.

1,000 Books Before Kindergarten

Babies up to children not-yet-enrolled in kindergarten are invited to participate in this new FREE program!

Read 1000 books to  your child before he/she enters school.
Your child will receive a prize after each 200 books he/she reads.

Beginner’s 3D Printing Workshop

Do you have questions about 3D printing? Come to our beginner’s workshop to learn how to use the library’s 3D printer.

We will walk through the process of finding a print-ready file online that you can print as is or alter to fit your needs.
