Library Closed for the 4th of July


The Library will be closed for Independence Day on Wednesday, July 4th.

We will reopen at our regular time on Thursday.

Friday Fun Day – Video Games


June 22nd – Play our X-Box, Playstation 4, or Wii

Kids of all ages, come to a different fun event at the library every Friday at 2 pm
during Summer Reading and enjoy free popcorn and drinks!

Right on your mobile device, now you can:

  • Login with your library card # and password
  • View your account
  • Quickly see what’s new at the library (new books, new DVDs, etc.)
  • Search for items and build lists of what you want to check out.

Summer Reading Story Time Schedule


Join us for stories, songs, and a craft! Plus, every child gets a free book.

Birth—3 yrs: Tuesdays at 11 am
4-6 yrs: Thursdays at 11 am
All ages: Thursdays at 6 pm

Celtic Knot Concert


Come to the library to hear Shawn and Allison Reynolds from Celtic Knot perform on Thursday, June 21st at 6 pm.
Their band plays traditional Celtic folk music from the British Isles and beyond.

Adult Summer Reading


Adult Summer Reading runs from June 1st through July 27th. No signup required.

Just pick up a tour badge at the front desk and turn in a drawing slip for every book you read.

Movie – Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, Adult Summer Reading


June 19th at 6 pm – Watch Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2. The movie counts as a tour stop for Adult Summer Reading.

A superhero fantasy adventure film about a group of misfits who traverse the outer reaches of the cosmos. They must fight to keep their newfound family together as they unravel the mysteries of one of their group’s true parentage.



Play the fun card game with friends! For Ages 12 and up

Free snacks & drinks.

When: Thursdays at 6 pm during Summer Reading

Kids Summer Reading Signup


Kids can now sign up for our Summer Reading Program! Registration is open during the month of May.

Ages 0-11 must read at least 25 hours over the course of 8 weeks (June 2-July 28) to get a prize.
