Spinning Yarns group meets every other Wednesday at 2 p.m.

Do you love to crochet, knit, or do other needlework? Would you like to spend time with other adults who share your interest, give pointers, and socialize?

Then come work on your current project at our Spinning Yarns group!

Please bring your own materials. Beginners to experts, are all welcome.

When: Wednesday, December 4th and 18th from 2 to 4 pm
Where: In the Cooper Clark meeting room


Craft: Rag Wreath

On Monday, December 9th at Noon, we will have a fun holiday craft for adults. Make a festive holiday wreath out of fabric scraps! Materials will be provided.

Seating is limited. Sign up online or at the front desk.


Seeking donations for a craft

Christmas Holiday fabric cloth

Liberal Memorial Library is looking for donations of fabric scraps that can be cut into 2″ x 9″ strips.

We are also looking for donations of clean tin cans for another craft, all sizes welcome.

The last day for donations is December 6th.

Comfort for Critters

On Thursday, Sept. 19th and again on Oct. 3rd from 2 to 4 pm, we’re getting together to make knotted fleece blankets that will be donated to the Liberal animal shelter for the cats and dogs there.

Please signup for the Sept. 19th session and/or the Oct. 3rd session.

You could also help by donating fleece for the blankets. Donations are needed by Sept. 16th.
