Pokémon Day 2023
All ages are encouraged to participate in this year’s Pokémon Day activities:
Kids
Closed for Presidents’ Day
The Library will be closed on Monday, February 20th for Presidents’ Day. We will reopen the following Tuesday.
Game Day
Thursday, January 26th starting at 4 pm, join us to play video games, board games and card games. This event is open to all ages, bring a friend or family member to try out a new game!
Kids Bingo Night
Kids, on Tuesday, Jan 12th at 4 pm, join us for some New Years themed Bingo! Snacks and prizes available. Snacks and fun prizes will be available!
Library Closed for Martin Luther King Jr. Day
The Library will be closed on Monday, January 16th for Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
Library Closed for New Year’s
The library will be closed on Monday, January 2nd in observance of New Year’s Day. We will reopen for normal hours on Tuesday, 3rd – 9:00 a.m.- 8:00 p.m.

Library Closed for Christmas
Wishing all of you a merry and safe Christmas holiday from the Liberal Memorial Library family to yours. In celebration of the holiday, we will be closed December 24th through 26th.
Movie Time: Home Alone
On Friday, December 16th at 4 pm, come to the library and enjoy a movie and free popcorn! An eight-year-old troublemaker must protect his house from a pair of burglars when he is accidentally left behind by his family during Christmas vacation.
Polar Express Party
Wear your pajamas to our Polar Express party on December 15th at 5:30 pm. We will have snacks and hot chocolate while we watch the movie. You can also bring along a pillow and blanket to be more comfortable.
