Video & Board Game Day
Kids out for Christmas break? On Monday, December 23rd between 1 and 4 pm, come on down to play video and board games at the library! We have all kinds of games that will keep them entertained.

Santa Storytime
On Tuesday, December 10th at 6:30, Santa will be here to read stories during our Holiday Open House!
Take your kid’s picture with Santa, listen to stories, and enjoy cookies at the open house.
Movie Time: Abominable
On Thursday, Dec. 19th at 6 pm, watch a fun new movie at the library. After discovering a Yeti on the roof of her apartment building, teenage Yi and her two friends embark on an epic quest to reunite the magical creature with his family.
Bad Art Kids Craft
Kids, are you bad at art, but love to do it anyway? On Friday, December 27th at 2 pm, come to Bad Art: Kids Edition, where the worst art is the best! We will be making art out of leftover craft supplies.
Noon Year’s Eve Party
Starting at 10:30 am on Dec. 31st, we’re counting down to Noon for our Noon Year’s Eve party. Kids can celebrate the coming of the New Year with fun and games without having to stay up until midnight!
Close Early for Staff Appreciation Dinner
The library will close at 5 pm for a Staff Appreciation Dinner on Tuesday, December 17th.
Holiday Open House
On December 10th at 6 pm, we are having a holiday celebration at the library. There will be appetizers, musical performances , and a special visit from Santa. This is a come and go event from 6 to 8 pm.
Gingerbread House Decorating
On Saturday, December 14th – Children ages 4-11 and their parents can come decorate a gingerbread house! Frosting and all kinds of toppings will be available.
Seating is limited, so sign up on the library’s website.
Food for Fines
From now until the end of the year, donate canned vegetables or any nonperishable food items or new toiletries (toothpaste, soap, toilet paper, etc.) to the library and we will waive your overdue fines! All donated items will be given to local charities.
Library Closed for Thanksgiving
We will close at 1 pm on Wednesday the 27th and will be closed on Thursday the 28th and
Friday the 29th We will reopen for normal hours on Saturday, 30th – 11:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.
