Create your own Manga/Anime character(s)
- You can draw, paint, or use any other method you would like to create your character. Use only one sheet.
- You must be 12-18 years old. Please write your name, age, and phone number on a separate sheet of paper.
- Only 1 entry per person.
- Drop your entry off at our front desk, or mail it to:
“Contest”, Liberal Memorial Library, 519 N Kansas Ave, Liberal, KS 67901. - Deadline for submissions is April 28th. Prizes will be awarded.
- Winners will be announced at our annual comic con on May 6th.
